He not only had time to do a sit down interview with my class but he then did a little ball handling demo for us as we went to break. The guy has got skills and the looks. DOUCER OF THE WEEK = Kevin Gregg The Cubs Closer blew 2 saves in consecutive nights this weekend making him the biggest DB of the week. Back to back HR’s to Dan ‘You So’ Uggla and Cody Ross. Are you kidding me? I wonder if you got the memo you no longer pitch for the Marlins. Thanks for giving me hemmorhoids Kevin. I needed to bleed from somewhere. Does anyone else think this guy sucks and looks like a G.I. Joe?

Kill me seriously. Last night Brian Kenny did 2 full hours on Brett Favre. Saying “Brad Childress is in Mississippi, meeting with Favre.” Today we find out he never even left Minnesota!

I hate irresponsible journalism. ESPN will never let this die until he comes back. This is how you alienate a whole group of sports fans who don’t give a crap anymore. If he comes back report it when you find out there will be a presser. Until then I cannot change the channel/dial fast enough.

Next year Favre will say he’s retiring… and then four months later he’ll be contemplating a comeback and I will guarantee he will get ESPN’s full attention.

Until then I am dropping the East Coast Sports Network for MLB network and Hawks pre and post. At least that’s entertaining.
